This is just two coats of Milani Flash Light. It was from a recent LE collection. I don't tend to wear a lot of oranges, but I was drawn to the beautiful glass-flecked shimmer and glowiness about this.
I apologize because my pictures really didn't capture this one properly.
It's extremely vibrant and lively. Not neon, but think neon, if that makes sense.
In the above picture, I tried to adjust the color slightly to reflect the true color of the polish. Not terribly successful!!
I love Milani LEs. I just wish they were easier to track down!! It's really hard for me to find them.

Love that colour! For any other Canadian readers, Superstore always has the Milani polishes in stock. They're usually hidden on one of those side displays away from the rest of the polishes :)
