I went through a bit of a blue period a few weeks back. This is a Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Cosmic Blue, three coats, with one coat of Nicole by OPI Nicole...Spotted!
I definitely love the look of these together!
Cosmic Blue is a little simplistic and old school, I suppose. It has a frosty, almost metallic finish with holo glitter pieces and bars. Kind of reminds me of something I might have owned in 1996. :)
But with the Nicole added, it looks super awesome!
Nicole...Spotted! is a sheer aqua jelly with lots of various sized iridescent glitters.
It is from the Gossip Girl collection, which I found at Ulta.
I have sort of an irrational love for Nicole polishes. I don't know why I love them so much.
A lot of people complain about the weird bottle shape. It doesn't really bother me. I can't say I like it or dislike it. I just know that I love Nicoles.
Probably part of it is that they come up with lots of cool glitters and shimmers. Also, most are kind of hard to find and limited edition. Stupid limited edition polishes, why must I love you so?!
I think that Nicole...Spotted! is definitely close to being a dupe for China Glaze Atlantis, but I also do not think they are exactly the same.

Pretty nice! The only thing is that i dont see the holo, out of that looks great!
LadyLuck27 - no, this doesn't have holo, you are correct. I was merely rambling on about how it Nicole...Spotted! compares to China Glaze Atlantis. Atlantis has holo glitter while Nicole...Spotted! does not. Hope that helps! :)
P.S. to LadyLuck27's comment - if you were referring to the holo glitter in the Sally Hansen Cosmic Blue, it didn't show up through the Nicole glitter. The Nicole covered it! I should have taken a picture of just Cosmic Blue on its own.
I absolutely love this combination! I completely see what you mean about owning this in '96 haha. I'm also in love with Nicole polishes! I know some people aren't, but I'm just drawn to them. I actually like their crazy bottles (though they aren't ideal for storing easily in cramped containers *cough*).
