This is NerdLacquer's Entirely Unlike Tea.
I cannot for the life of me remember this name when I try to think of it - I always think it's called "Certainly Unlike Tea." I don't know what my problem is. Mental block!
Anyway, this is three coats of Entirely Unlike Tea followed with only one coat of Seche Vite.
Glittery, shimmery, iridescent mega fun polish that's smooth with one coat of top coat?! Heck, yes!

Pretty but frustrating that we can buy any of these polishes as they are no longer in business...

I do love her polishes.....I love colors like this, but they tend to give me lobster fingers! You'd think an ultra pale, freckled sort wouldn't look good in bold brights...but I do...go figure. You're skin look amazing in this one!
If I were to pursue any NerdLacquer color, it would be this one...
I love this polish, as well as the others in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy set (Don't Panic and Hyperspace Bypass). Have you ever read the books?
